A World Premiere

White chocolate was first created in 1930. Today, it is made from a delicate blend of 20% cocoa butter, sugar, and powdered milk. Numerous steps are required to extract cocoa butter and, above all, to ensure the smooth texture of the chocolate. Did you know that it was a member of the Leonidas family who had the brilliant idea of replacing sugar with white chocolate, thereby creating the very first praline made with this type of chocolate? This innovative Manon blanc recipe, groundbreaking at the time, has now evolved into a wide range of white chocolate pralines.

From the Classic to the Innovative

While the Manon was the first praline to be coated in white chocolate, we now offer a highly diverse range of flavors for our white chocolate pralines. Our Cœur bleu de toi, made with white chocolate and spirulina and filled with a blood orange ganache and goji berries, is one of our proudest creations, as is the delightful Tutti Frutti, a white chocolate log filled with marzipan and candied fruits. For those who prefer the classics, we also offer traditional pralines filled with praline or buttercream.
